Two ways to run your program on Sport-Profile: the Organization Plan for teams, clubs and schools whose players each have their own login, and College Placement Programs for programs that build and run profiles for their clients.
Organization Plan
Every player has their own login and gives your organization permission to co-operate their profile — you can update it and manage it with them. Your access matches the player's plan: basic on a free profile (2 photos, 1 video, 2 social links, full messages and a brochure), full on a profile with a subscription. Players can leave your organization at any time, and you can drop a player whenever you like. Add unlimited sports, each with its own coaching staff — coaches don't use any of your profile slots, they're left out of the Roster Brochure, and every coach can print their own brochure as a coaching resume with their picture.

College Placement Programs
One flat monthly price for your whole roster of athlete profiles. You create and run the profiles for your clients, every roster profile gets the full version, and as your program grows your plan grows with it automatically.

How Moving Between Tiers Works
Every account starts on Tier 1. As your roster grows past a tier's included profiles, you're billed that tier's per-profile rate for each additional athlete — no need to upgrade manually.
The moment those per-profile charges would cost as much as the next tier's flat price, your whole subscription automatically switches to that tier instead — you're never paying more than the next tier up would cost:
- Tier 1 → Tier 2: adding a 17th profile would cost $306 in overage on Tier 1, so it switches to Tier 2's flat $300 instead.
- Tier 2 → Tier 3: adding a 34th profile would cost $510 in overage on Tier 2, so it switches to Tier 3's flat $500 instead.
- Tier 3 → Tier 4: adding a 75th profile would cost exactly $750 in overage on Tier 3 — exactly Tier 4's flat price — so it switches to Tier 4.
If your roster later shrinks back down, the same thing happens in reverse — your plan drops back to the lower tier at the start of your next billing cycle, so a temporary dip never gets you penalized mid-cycle.
